Would like to share information on Hugh Washburn, who married the widow, Louisana Higgins sometimes after 1880. They lived in Cass Co. Texas. Louisana died in 1912, Cass Co., Texas. I don't know what her first husband's name was, as she was listed as Louisana Higgins, widow, in the 1880 census of Lamar County, Texas

Searching for burial place of Archibald Neil MCMILLAN (died Nov 12, 1907) and wife Indiana (Collins). Their daughter Betty Lou McMillan married James W. Hall in 1903 and they moved to New Orleans. I am researching my Cook ancestry and it has led me to Morris County, Texas. My great great-grandparents, James John "Jasper" Cook moved to the area from Mississippi between 1880 & 1900. James John Cook died January 08, 1910. He died in either Lee or Morris County TX. My great great-grandmother, Mary (Livingston) Cook, died in Morris County on February 02, 1924. She is buried in Skiner Cemetery, Morris County, Texas.Where this cemetery is located? My great great-grandparents children were: James Aaron Cook, John E Cook, Mary I Cook, Alice R. Cook, William D. Cook, Elizabeth Cook, Lula C Cook, Sanford L. Cook, Walter R. Cook. Seeking any information on Samuel H. STORY and wife Susan A. STORY of Morris County. Samuel was born in TN in 1844, while Susan was born in TX in 1855. They were living in Morris County on the 1900 census, and indications are that Samuel died in Morris County in 1919. Seeking a death date and burial place. Is there a list of men who built the first court house in Daingerfield? I have been told my great grandfather John C. Hawkins was one of the men who did. My grandmother was born in Daingerfield in 1880. Unsure when my great grandparents arrived in Morris Co. but think it was around 1878 or so. Thanks for any help you may provide.
