It remained the same on the 1904 map
 and was torn down in 1905 or 1906.

302 South Pecos Street would have been the address at the northwest corner of South Pecos Street and West College Avenue.  These current address number did not come into effect until the late 1920s.  By that time this dwelling had been remove and the L. E. Collins home built at this location in 1906.  The new Collins home faced West College Avenue and this location became 303 West College Avenue.  After the Collins home was removed to make way for the hospital addition, this location became part of 310 South Pecos Street.
