Mr. Rosser Hugh Adkins and Miss Ruth Rogers Baird and make due return to the Clerk of the County Court of said County within sixty days thereafter certifying your action under this license.

Mother - Lenora(Nora) Eliza Rogers, b. Aug. 14, 1875 in Wills Point, TX., d. Jan 10, 1944 in Yuba City, CA.

Parents of Jarrett LeRoy Baird:

Father - William LeRoy Baird, b. Sept 6, 1796 in N. Carolina. d. April 12, 1883 in Cleburne(Johnson County) TX.
Mother - Mary Eleanor Law, b. Apr 19 1827 in S. Carolina, d. June 1880 in Cleburne, TX.

Parents of Lenora(Nora)Rogers:

Father - Thomas W. Rogers, b.April 12, 1834, Campbell Co., GA. d. June 18, 1905 in Fort Worth, TX. His father was Martin Rogers. Mother unknown.

Mother - Martha Anna Hauk Beasley, b. Sept. 21, 1837 in Lebanon, TN. d. April 16, 1923 in Forth Worth, TX. Her father was John Hauk; mother unknown.

IVEY-MAXWELL NUPTIALS

Mr. Ernest Ivey of Bronte and Miss Elizabeth Maxwell of Robert Lee were untied in marriage at the home of the bride's sister, in Bronte, on Wednesday evening of last week, June 10th. In the presence of a few invited guests and immediate members of the families of the contracting parties, Rev. W. E. Anderson officiating.

The marriage of these two excellent young people brings together two of the old and widely known families of Coke county. Mr. Ivey was born and reared here, and is a young man of exemplary habits and has been a trusted employe of the Cumbie & Company for a long time. The bride is the accomplished daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Maxwell, and has many friend not only in Robert Lee and Bronte but throughout this section who will join in wishing her and the one to whom she has plighted herself every blessing in life.
