  J. T. Fuller - first newspaper publisher in Sabine - born 1828 in Alabama - died in Sabine Pass October or November of 1860
  William Burgett - born 1812 in Vermont - married Julia Sweet in Sabine in 1855 - date of death unknown  (Note:  In approximately 1970, there was a band with his name still on an iron fence.)
  Julia Sweet Burgett - born 1812 in Connecticut - died 1862 in Sabine Pass
  Sidney A. Sweet - date of birth unknown - died 1848 in Sabine Pass
