In Deed record book 52, page 609-610, henderson Co., TX Dec. 10, 1887, S. M. Mc Mansus of the County of Navarro State of Texas, sells all his 3/7th interest in the old McManus home site to A. S. Tanner, and W. C. Smith. Glover McClintock is a descendant of this individual and attends the re-union each year at the Pioneer Families Sand Flat Cemetery.
