The old Dunn home was
torn down in the early 1950's to make way for an implement lot. This
lot was later divided, creating 300 West
Pecan Street and 306 West Pecan Street. Campbell's Pharmacy was
built at 306 West Pecan Street.
A series of medical and
dental offices occupied this building after Campbell's Pharmacy closed,
ending in the Medical Clinic. Dr. James "Butch" Anders purchased
the property in about 2000, moving his dental practice into the west side
of this location, from his old location at 117
East Elm Street. The following year, his wife, Debbie Anders,
opened an on-location catering business in the east side of the building.
