When the old house was torn down at 316 South Colorado Street, it was replaced by the dental office of Dr. M. T. White, which faced south, rather than east, changing the address of this location to 117 East Elm Street.

In the late 1970's, Dr. James "Butch" Anders went into practice with Dr. White, buying him out on Dr. White's retirement.  Dr. Anders remained at this location, renting the building from the White family, until 2000, when he purchased the building at 306 West Pecan Street and moving his practice there.
