| As this northeast quarter of Block 8 of the Original
Townsite of Coleman was originally one business and what is now 108 East
Pecan Street, 110 East Pecan Street,
112 East Pecan Street and 114
East Pecan Street were built as one building, it is difficult, at times,
to separate the buildling into separate addresses, as it is now, in 2005.
What is now 110 East Pecan Street is legally known as the east half of
lot 12 of Block 8 of the Original Townsite of Coleman. For an overview
