Other than the 1929 Coleman City directory references, I have found no references to East Cottonwood Street.  The street being referred to by the city directory as East Cottonwood Street would have began on the northeast side of the courthouse square and extended east, from south of the City Electric Plant, across North Colorado Street (and the railway track) and further east.  Apparently there was some sort of street with houses and businesses here in 1929, but were apparently damaged or moved after the flood of 1932.
