The Interior of Horne Hardware about 1910. "In 1929, The Man's Store was located at 115 South Commercial Avenue. It was owned by Hayden Hargett." (Coleman City Directory, 1929 - Hudspeth.) Faye Sackett was operating Sackett’s Fabrics at 115 South Commercial Avenue in 1975. About 1991, the buildings located at 113 South Commercial Avenue and 115 South Commercial Avenue were combined and became known as 113 - 115 South Commercial Avenue. A small restaurant, serving primarily
soups and salads, called Sara's Neighborhood,
rented space in the building which had been known as 115
South
Commercial Avenue with its entrance through 113 South
Commercial Avenue. The restaurant was owned and
operated by Sara Sue Taylor
Kirkley. She had previously been located in a
space inside 114 East Pecan
Street. In the fall of 2009 Sara's
Neighborhood moved to 1116 North Neches Street.
