| Gloria West was born May 5, 1924 in Talpa, daughter of Margaret Mayfield
and Oliver D. West (see Oliver D. West). She graduated from Talpa
High School in 1941, and attended San Angelo College in 1942, married first
Bernard Kesselheim, Jr., of Billings, Montana in 1943. They divorced
in 1950 and had no children. She married second Francis L. Lambert
of Spokane, Washington in 1952, in Pully, Canton de Vaud, Switzerland.
They had two children: Richard Francis and Elizabeth Jane (Liza), married
John A. Lange.
Francis Lambert’ s parents were Gertrude Honeycutt, born Summerville,
Missouri, 1889, and Jack Lambert, born in North Dakota, 1880. Gertrude
died in 1982, Jack in 1937. |
