Diane
Money and Jerry Ralph Allen were married at
the Gouldbusk Methodist Church, March 26,
1960, (see Stacy-Monsey-Harris).
Jerry, son of George Ralph and Mae Salina
(Self Allen, was born March 8, 1936, Leaday,
(see G. R. Allen). He graduated from
Mozelle High School, and enlisted in the
United States Navy, November, 1955, and
served on the USS Henrico, until August,
1957. They have four sons, all born in
San Angelo; Kevin Monsey, January 27, 1961;
James Ralph, January 8, 1964; and twins,
Danny Lynn and Donny Gwyn, January 5,
1967. Jerry is a stock farmer, raising
sheep, cattle and quarter horses.
Diane is employed with the Coleman County
Water Board. All of the Allens are
affiliated with the Baptist Church at
Leaday.
Kevin graduated
from Mozelle. He and Ronda Burkey were
married July 17, 1981, at the Emanuel
Baptist Church. She is the daughter or
Johnnie and Martha (Maroney) Burkey of
Coleman, born August 18, 1964, (see Wyley M.
McCary). She graduated from Coleman
High School, and is employed with Production
Credit, Coleman. Kevin is a stock
farmer, and is employed with Coleman County
Water Board. They have a daughter,
Keva Krichelle, born May 3, 1984, in
Coleman. James graduated from Mozelle
High and completed a Machinist Technician
Course at TSTI, Sweetwater. He is
enrolled at Angelo State. Danny and
Donny are students at Mozelle.
