 Comments On Games

Winters originally won district and lost to Stephenville 0 to 45.  In January 1937, it was declared that Euand Partain, Winters quarterback was ineligible because he had played basketball at Norton the previous year.  This left Ballinger, Cross Plains, and Rising Star in a 3 way tie for first place and no winner was named for district 23-B.
