 "I am sending a photograph of an unknown Buchanan. He looks like one of the Buchanans but the photo is undentified. It was in the album of my great-uncle Thomas Emmet Earp who was a cousin of this young man. He would be a son of William Lasley and Amelia (Permelia) Earp Buchanan. It may be William Harley Buchanan, who committed suicide in a livery stable in Burnet. It may be Roy Christian Buchanan who was born in Burnet in 1888. It might be Roy Ulyssius who was born in 1891 in Burnet. Earl Buchanan says that it is not his father, Thomas Shedrick Buchanan. Maybe someone will recognize this man and end the mystery."
