In March 2003, Susan Meders
wrote
This picture was sent to me by my Uncle in
Burnet County. He did not know who they were of. He suspects
they were from the collection of my Great Grandmother,
Georgia Mae Barton Ray. They could possibly be people
that we are not even related to. Anyway, I thought perhaps
someone there might know who they were.
I would love to know if they are relatives and even if
not they were such great pictures they should be shared. One
of the pictures has Burnet, Texas printed on it the other
Abilene. Even the Abilene picture should have a Burnet tie
since Georgia and my Grandmother lived their whole lives in
Burnet County. They quite possible could be Bartons.
In Sept 2004 Jim Kirk wrote to
identify the people in the picture as:
Cullen and Angie Kirk
Barton. Angie was the daughter of Isaac and Elizabeth Kirk.
