Mr. and Mrs. James L. Hicks to Mark 50th Anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. James L. Hicks of Dallas will observe their golden wedding anniversary Sunday at their home near Pleasant Grove.They were married at Brownsboro, Henderson county, and resided in that vicinity until moving to Dallas to make their home two years ago.They will be joined for the day by their two sons, Barney J. Hicks of Athens and Ray L. Hicks of Dallas; their three daughters, Mrs. Eunice Featherson, Mrs. Connie Featherson and Mrs. Edna Pollard, all of Dallas, and their six grandsons and one great-granddaughter. An open house will be held from 2 to 5 p.m.
