After a two-year battle with breast cancer, Charlotte Lemmons Chadwick passed away at her home in North Tustin, California on November 20, 1998.
She was born in Raymondville, Texas on August 21, 1947. After graduating from Raymondville High School, she attended Sam Houston State University. She received her bachelor's and master's degrees from Pepperdine University in California.
Charlotte is survived by her husband, Stephen Loren Chadwick; her parents, Charles and Marge Lemmons, of Raymondville; a brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Judy Lemmons, their daughter, Charly of South Padre Island, Texas; a sister and brother-in-law, Anjanette and Kirk Lee and their children, Katie and Brandon, of Sugar Land, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am, Wednesday, November 25, 1998 at Calvary Chapel in Costa Mesa, California, with burial at Fairhaven Memorial Park in Santa Ana, California.
