Shoemaker, Jessie Vernon    

GLADEWATER -- Services for Jessie Vernon Shoemaker, Master Sergeant, 
U.S.A.F., ret., 91, of Hawkins, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 1, 
2006, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel of Gladewater, with Sonny Parsons 
officiating. Burial will follow in Gladewater Memorial Park. Mr. 
Shoemaker was born November 9, 1914, in Percilla, and he died July 26, 
2006. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran, having served during World War 
II, and member of Worldwide Church of God. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. 
Monday, July 31, 2006, at the funeral home.
