HUGHES SPRINGS - Services for Cary Mathis Jr., 56, of Ore City, will be 2 p.m. 
Sunday, July 8, 2007, at Cedar Grove Methodist Church in Ore City, with the Rev. 
Mary Tennison officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Arrangements 
are by Reeder-Davis Funeral Home. Mr. Mathis died July 4, 2007, in Gilmer.

Born December 12, 1950, in Marion County, he worked for Marion County and was a 
member of Cedar Grove Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Eva; 
daughters, Shelly and Natosha Mathis; mother, Esther Mathis; and sister, Mary 
Stevens. The body may be viewed and visitation will be this afternoon and evening 
at the funeral home.
