Graveside services for Jerry M. Forbes, 72, of Gilmer, will 
be at 3 p.m. Thursday, January 25, 2007, at Gladewater 
Memorial Park in Gladewater, with the Rev. Aubrey Pate and 
the Rev. Ellis Hayden officiating. Arrangements are by 
Lakeview Funeral Home. Mr. Forbes died January 22, 2007, in 
Gilmer. Born Februay 22, 1934, in Hobbs, N.M., he was a U.S. 
Air Force veteran and retired from Texas Air National Guard 
after 25 years of service. Survivors include his wife, June 
Burnum Forbes; and daughters, Sharon Lanziero and Terri
