Virginia Lee Cochran Neumeyer, 90, of Tyler and formerly of Mount Pleasant, died Thursday, April 26, 2007 at The Hospice of East Texas Homeplace.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, April 28 at Rose Hill Cemetery in Tyler under the direction of Burks-Walker-Tippitt Funeral Home, Tyler.

Mrs. Neumeyer was born on Tuesday, November 21, 1916 in Mount Pleasant, the daughter of Wirt Mann Cochran and Allie Lorena Lewis Cochran. 

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Pete Neumeyer of Tyler; her daughter, Betty Stapp of Bullard, son and daughter-in-law, Don and Paula Neumeyer of Kilgore, five grandchildren and spouses. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and two brothers.
