Dorsey Lu Lucas, 75, of Mount Pleasant, died Friday, May 4, 2007 at East Texas Medical Center in Tyler.

A graveside service was held Monday, May 7 at Old Union Cemetery with Bro. Frank Stringham officiating.

Ms. Lucas was born September 15, 1931 in Mount Pleasant, the daughter of Arthur Ross Lucas and Emma Doughaney Lucas. She is survived by nieces and spouse, Mary and Howard Coats, Molly Mendiola and Sheley Coffey. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; stepmother, Mary Anner Lucas, nephew, Randle Mull and one brother.
