Colby James Pilbro, 78, of Mount Pleasant died Tuesday April 24, 2007 at his residence.

A memorial service will be held at his home Saturday, April 28.

Mr. Pilbro was born July 14, 1928 in Montauk, Long Island, NY, the son of Clarence Martin Pilbro and Ena Susan Romkey Pilbro. He was a master carpenter-craftsman.

He is survived by his wife, Johnnie Harrell Mosier Pilbro of Mount Pleasant, daughter, Marcelle Pilbro Dickey; stepdaughters, Ann Mosier Carr and spouse Wayne Carr of Tulsa, OK, Peggy Mosier Clark and spouse, Dale Clark of Diana; stepsons, Earl Mosier and spouse, Mehrzad of Nashua, NH and Tony Mosier of Bastrop.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Ellen Johns; and a step granddaughter, April Mosier
