Query: I am researching the William Cook line; in particular the William Jackson "Jack" Cook and Mary Ellen King line. William was a brother to my 2nd great grandfather, Daniel Mashburn Cook. The 1910, Precinct 5, Titus County, Texas Census, Sheet No. 2B Census for this family lists the following: William J. Cook, Head; Mary E, wife; Aoy (sic?) Ragland, widowed daughter, transcribed as [Avy Raglond] or [Joy Ragland]; and clearly Altha, daughter but transcribed as Allen. Would like to hear from anyone in this family line regarding the correct names of the children. The 1920 Justice Precinct 4 Titus County, Texas Census W. J. Cook, Head; Ellen, Wife; and Bessie as granddaughter. Would like to know Bessie's parents' names. I believe the Altha Cook on the 1910 Census is Altha Rosalena Cook, who I think married a Featherst! on and then a Thompson. From Death Certificate, I know William and Mary Ellen had another daughter, Ticia Lee Cook who married Thomas Marion Davis. Any help on this line of family will be greatly appreciated.

Query: I am looking for information on my great grandfather Charles Marion (C.M.)Parrott and Carrah Lou Duncan. They were married (not sure where) and he supposedly died in Titus county sometime in 1946. He had two sons, Vernon Duncan Parrott (1898) and Ramon Francis Parrott (1906) and we believe that my grandfather, Ramon Francis may be buried in Titus county. He died in Abilene in 1938 or 1939 but we believe his body was transferred to Titus county for burial possibly as late as 1940. Any information would be helpful. Thank you so much.

Query: Researching the burial place of my great grandfather, Josiah Cyrus Ivy, that was married to Adaline Jane Wooten. My mother's maiden name was Ivy, she was the granddaughter of these two. I have looked all over for him, and UTL. Adaline is buried in Fairfield Cemetary, Freestone Co. I have photos if you are interested in that. One list that I looked at on your group sheet for SILAS IVY indicates that Josiah Cyrus Ivy is buried in Liberty Co. I am DRT member through the lineage of Adaline Jane Wooten/Ivy. There is another Cyrus and Silas buried at Butler, Freestone Co, TX, but I dont think this is the same set of Ivys. If this Josiah is my gr. grandfather, I have some more documents if you want them. Thank you ! Betty Ruth Lee/Ivy/Rials

Query: I am looking to find the maiden name of the Leah Gray listed below in the 1850 Titus Co., TX census.  I believe this William Gray married his first wife, Lucy Gamble in 1839 Hardeman Co., TN and they had the son, Ephraim.  He probably married the Leah in Titus County, but I do not know.  I have not been able to find a marriage record for him, but have no way to look at the Titus County marriage records.

Query: I am looking for any information on William Walter Potts. We think he went by Walter. He had a daughter Pearl in 1904 in Titus county. What we are looking for is a possible date of death. We know his wife and kids were back in Ga. by 1910 census. Any information would be greatly appreicated.
