Petition of Elizabeth Wetmore for letters of administration on the estate of Louis Wetmore, deceased. Filed 24 Feb. 1867.

Petition of Elizabeth Wetmore to be allowed further time to make and file her bond. She has failed to make such bond within 20 days as the law requires for the following reason: that on and during the entire time allowed. .. your petitioners child was dangerously sick and the entire time and attention of your petitioner was occupied in attending upon said child.... Filed 29 April 1867.

Bond of Elizabeth Whitmore, admrx of estate of Louis Wetmore; $3000. Sureties: G. M. Teague, E. M. Daggett, and W. F. Adams. Filed 28 April 1867.

Bond of Elizabeth Wetmore, who has been appointed guardian of the person and property of Luesa C. Wetmore, Gusta E. Wetmore, Hulda Ann and Mary O. Wetmore, minor heirs of Louis Wetmore, deceased; $300. Sureties: J. W. Teag and Martin G? Teag. Witness: M. G. Ellis. Approved 25 May 1868.

Inventory and appraisement made by J. W. Chapman and G. M. Teague. Separate property: 310 acres land in Tarrant County, the headright of decedent; 5 head cattle; and one sorrel horse. Community property: horses, cattle, hogs, furniture, etc. Sworn 21 August 1867 before D. H. Gillespie. Filed 21 Aug. '67.

Citation issued 4 January 1871 summoning Elizabeth Wetmore to file her annual account.
