Application of Solomon Hayworth for letters of administration on estate of Allen S. Trimble, deceased. Filed 14 Dec. 1852.

"I Sary Jane Trimble widow of A S Trimbel ... relinquish my rite as administratrix of said Deceased estate in favor of Solomon Haworth." S/ Sarah Jane Trimble. Filed 24 Dec. 1852.

Bond of Solomon Haworth, Admr estate of Allen S. Trimble, dec'd. Securities: William Norris and Hambleton Bennett. 27 Dec. 1852.

Inventory and appraisement returned by William Norris, H. Bennett, and John Milsap, appraisers; value $1198.82; sworn before John W. Elliston, J.P., 28 Jan. 1853. Included: 2 town lots, livestock, farm equipment, household furnishings. Filed 29 Jan. 1853. Additional appraisement of 640 acres land returned by appraisers 20 Feb. 1853.

Exhibit and application for sale of so much of the personal estate as will be sufficient to pay the fees of administration and debts. Estate is indebted to W. J. Duvall, S. Hayworth, H. C. Daggett, H. Wisdom, J. A. Hust, Wm Norris, Dr. Prior, Dr. Staton, J. W. Elliston, Hy Daggett, Tarrant County for 2 Town lots, T. Andrews. Filed March 1, 1853.

Inventory of the property selected by Sary Jane Trimble, widow. Included furniture, livestock, etc. Filed 25 April 1853.

Administrator's report of sale of property sold 15 March 1853. Buyers: H. C. Daggett, A. Newton, V. J. Hutton, L. Eliat, F. Jordan, G. Akers, W. D. Barns, T. Mayhall, F. Beall, S. Gilmore, P. Witt, H. Bennett, J. A. Hust, T. McKenney, Pleasant Smith, and John W. Elliston. Filed 29 March 1853.

Receipt for "ballance of the allowance made by an order of the Court for one years support as the widow of A. S. Trimble Deceased." Dated 29 May 1854. S/ Sarah Jane Allen.

Note addressed to Mr. Solomon Hayworth: "Dear brother please pay G. W. Allen...." S/ Sarah Jane Alen. No date.

Appointment of William Norris as administrator de bonis non of the estate of Alen S. Trimble, deceased. 25 June 1855.

Final settlement. $141.47 paid to Sarah Jane Allen in full of balance of estate. Filed 24 Sept. 1855.

The note, dated 21 Oct. 1852, was the same day transferred to L. W. L. Hodges and C. M. Peak, Dallas, Texas. on 15 Jan. 1853. C. M. Peak transferred his entire interest in the note to Hodges.
