Bond of E. S. Terrell, admr of estate of William Shacklett, deceased; $320. Sureties: William A. Sanderson and Samuel K. Smith. Filed 31 July 1854.

Administrator's report of sale as per court order at Jan. Term, held on "Second Tuesday of March, being the 13th Day after giving the Legal Notice and L. G. A. Steel being the Highest best bidder became the Purchaser and Stephen Terry and Julian Fields as Security." Approved 30 April 1855. [The name of Nathaniel Terry was first entered as name of one of the sureties, then lined out, and the name of Stephen entered.]

Administrator's annual return for 1856 reports sale of land certificate. Filed 26 May 1856.
