Estate of Joseph Scritch, Minor

 

Petition of Joseph Scritch that G. W. Minter be appointed guardian "for the heir of Joseph Scrich." No date.

Bond of Green W. Minter(s), "guardian of Joseph Scritch the minor Heir of Joseph Scritch Deceased." $325. Securities: V. J. Hutton and H. Bennett. Filed 27 June 1853.

Receipt of Joseph Screech, dated 23 March 1857. "Receaved of G. W. Minter as agent or Gardean appointed for me by my brothers Nathaniel and William Screech the only heirs of Joseph Screech Deceast except myself. All demands I have against him to wit a perfect title to a tract of 320 acres of land which he the said Minter located for me by virtue of my Farthers head Wright or Colony Cirtificate it being my part of the estate by Brothers William and Nathaniel Given the same up to the said Minter and a-uthirisen him to Locate the Same for me and the said Minter having complyed with the same to me."
