Estate of Mary E. Pigg, Minor

 

Letters of guardianship issued to J. B. Pigg, who has been appointed guardian of the person and property of Mary E. Pigg, a minor residing in Tarrant County. Filed 30 Jan. 1867.

Bond of J. B. Pigg, guardian; $4000. Sureties: E. M. Daggett and W. F. Adams. Filed 31 Jan. 1867.

Inventory. Filed Jan. 30, 1867. J. B. Pigg "states that he has no effects whatever in his hands belonging to his ward that ther is a Claim for mony due said Mary E. Pigg from Wily Woods in Bend County, State of Illinois, the amount of said claim is for fifteen hundred dollars drawing interest since March 1865. The above claim is all that he knows of belonging to, or cuming to his said ward...."

Citation issued to J. B. Pigg, guardian of the heir of Mary Pigg, deceased, to appear at the next term of court on the second Monday in March 1871. Citation returned by J. B. James Sheriff Tarrant Co. (T. E. Cross, Deputy), stating, "The within named Deft is not to be found in my county." March 13, 1871.
