Sale bill of an improvement.... Said premises was sold on 1st Tuesday of September 1859 and the said claim to 160 acres of land was knocked off to J. B. York. September term 1859.

Report of administrator. Filed 26 November 1860. Priamcion claim sold to J. B. York for 30 cents per acre. Paid: W. B. Tucker for work; F. Kanar; Bell; Dr. Roach; Col. N. Tarry; John Ruckels; Jacob Barr. Advertised Birdville. Eugene Henry - watch repair.
