"James J. Mooneyham... presents his inventory and appraisement of the community property of himself and his late wife Elizabeth J. Mooneyham formerly Elizabeth J. Barnes who died on the ____ day of ____ AD 1849 in Dallas county, Texas."

Simcoe Popplewell and Wm. A. Trimble appraisers... "certify that the figures set opposite the property above mentioned is a true and fair valuation of same at time of the death of Elizabeth Mooneyham." Sworn by J. J. Mooneyham, W. A. Trimble, and S. Popplewell before L. W. Jones, J.P., Pct. 1, on January 28 1862.
