Estate of James B. Manship, Deceased

 

Petition of Mary Manship, wife of James Manship, deceased, that due notice be given of probating the nuncupative will of James Manship made in the presence of Mary Manship, Isaac Parker, Simcoe Popplewell, and B. F. Walker. 15 March 1860.

Witnesses (above) state that James Manship died on January 19, 1860, and made a nuncupative will. It was his will that the estate be kept out of the probate court. He appointed his wife executrix, and asked that Isaac Parker assist [her].
