Petition of W. W. Dunn, for letters of administration on the estate of Lewis B. Gant, deceased. The widow has relinquished her right to administer on the estate. F'i1ed 27 Aug. 1867 [1869?].

Bond of W. W. Dunn, administrator; $4000. Sureties: F. L. Hartman and L.H. Hammer. Approved 30 Oct. 1869.

Inventory and appraisal made by D. H. Hamner, L. H. Hammer, and F. L. Hartman. Included: 380 acres land. Filed 14 Feb. 1870. Sworn before G. P. Farmer, to which Farmer appended in quotes, "To me well known."

Bond of W. W. Dunn, adm'r; $2000. Sureties: L. Perry and W. H. Overton. Filed Nov. 30, 1870.

Receipt given by A. Clark to adm'r for payment of tuition for Josie; tuition for Ada; and tuition for Sam.

Receipt given by Dr. C. M. Peak for medicine and professional services to Miss Ada Gantt in October 1870, and for 5 months boarding bill for Miss Josie Gant.

Final report of administrator, who reports expenses paid out for tuition, books, board, and clothing. He further states that Ada Gant is entitled to one fourth of the rent of the farm and Josa Gant is also one fourth owner of the rent of the farm. Filed 28 Feb. 1871.
