"A Bill of A Prasement" made 10 March 1853 by A. B. Lands [?] and James P. Hallford. Included: 320 achors land, mare, plow, Rasur and Box and Brush, I pocket Book, 1 bottle Sasaparillia. Total value: $359.69-1/2. Filed 28 March 1853.

Administrator's annual return and affidavit that he has "given the Lawfull Notice for final settlement and do swear that there has no Legal Representative ... appeared to claim the amt. in my hands as administrator." 25 Sept. 1854.

Affidavit of George R. Egnew that he is the brother of Wm. M. Egnew, deceased, and the only surviving heir of the estate. As such, he has filed his petition for the effects in the hands of the administrator. Filed 29 Jan. 1855.
