Last Will of Benjamin Eaves

 

Ordered recorded 29 Oct. 1860

Jan. 24. 1860. Tarrant County. Last will and testament of Benjamin Eaves. To my loving wife all the land her natural Life the home place and then one hundred and sixty acres of to my youngest son Benjamin F. Eaves and the rest of the Remaining part to be Equally divided among the rest of the children liveing Except William, and Frances (Except twenty acres sold to J. T. Barkwell) and the Personable Property all to my wife Except, to Carroll one cow and calf, and the young Hore [horse] called green to Urias P., and five dollars to Francis the Personable Property thats left at my wifes Death to be Equally Divided between all my children, Except William.
