Bond of Nicholas Byer, administrator pro tern of the estate of Jacob Bar, deceased; $1000. Sureties: W. H. Overton and H. C. Daggett. Dated 2 October 1867. Approved 20 Oct. 1867.

Petition of Nicholas Byer for letters of administration on the estate of Jacob Bar, a resident of this county, who died intestate on the [blank] day of [blank] 1867. Decedent at the time of his death owned add possessed within this state property both real and personal. Your petitioner holds claims against the estate. Filed 26 Nov. 1867.

Bond of Nicholas Byer, administrator; $600. Sureties: Ed (X) Wilburn and S. G. Tinsley. Signed! Nicholaus Boyar. Filed 24 Feb. 1868.

Inventory and appraisement returned March 30, 1868 by W. H. Overton and J. M. Durrett. They reported his property as a homestead consisting of a house and lot in the town of Fort Worth, 100 by 200 feet, valued at $300. Filed March 30, 1868.

Petition of adm'r to sell a house and lot formerly occupied by decedent lying S 30 degrees E of E. S. Terrills Block, it being one half of Block No [blank] fronting on Houston Street 100 feet and running back 200 feet. Filed March 30, 1868.

Adm'rs report of sale of the house and lot of decedent to E. M. Orrick, he being the highest and best bidder. S/ Nicholaus Beyer. Approved 27 July 1868.
