Bond of Rozalinda Allen, administratrix; $1160; Securities: Daniel Barcroft and Lyman C. Wright. 31 May 1852.

Inventory of the state of Richard F. Allen. Included were smith tools, livestock, household and kitchen furniture, and 640 acres land. Appraised for total of $646.95 by Ireneous Neace, V. J. Hutton, and Daniel Barcroft. Filed 10 June 1852.

Inventory (in pencil) essentially as above, signed by A. F. Leonard, R. Brown, and C. Medlin. No date.

Malinda (X) Allen - petition to have set apart to her "all that property and effects to which she is entitled by Law and which is allowed to her...." Filed 25 April 1853.

Citation of the county court to Rosalinda Allen to make annual return on condition of estate of R. F. Allen, dec'd which is due at present term. Executed by Felix McKettrick, Sheriff, Denton County; J. M. Lively, Deputy. Issued 4 October 1854.

Annual return of admrx, Rozalinda Allen, who swears that she has advertized according to Law, and petitions for "Release of myself and sureties as Administratrix of my Dec'd Husband." Filed 27 Nov. 1854.
