aka Farmer Cemetery or Thompson Cemetery Across from Carswell AFB Golf Course Maintenance Shop. Earliest burial reported was in 1883. The DAR listing of the Thompson Cemetery is a combined listing of both the Thompson Public and Thompson Family Cemeteries. They should have made two listings since one can't readily tell from their listing in which location the graves are located.
Rick Tonsing personally visited both
cemeteries in 1996. He has helped us to understand that there are only
two Thompson cemeteries in the county. He also corrected our location of
