aka York Cemetery, aka Gilmore Cemetery Fort Worth, Texas, southwest of NE 28th and Decatur Avenue between railroad lines. Earliest recorded burial was in l848. This is the oldest known cemetery in present day Fort Worth. Recorded as York Cemetery in Texas Cemetery Records: Tarrant County, volume 11, page 65, by DAR.
