BRECKENRIDGE – Edwin O. Pace, 76, died Monday at his home.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the First United Methodist Church with
the Rev. John Taylor officiating. Burial will be in the Breckenridge Cemetery,
directed by Melton Funeral Home.
Born in Dennison, he moved to Breckenridge in 1927.
He was a manager of Kelley Supply and was an agent for Merchants Fast Motor
Freight.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, the Couples Sunday School
Class, was an honorary member of the Board of Stewards, past chairman of the
board of the church and was a member of the District Laity Board of the
Weatherford District.
Survivors include his wife, Pansy Robeson Pace of Breckenridge; a sister, Mrs.
James Clark of Denver, Colo.; two brothers, Leon Pace of Burkburnett and Wayne
Pace of Fort Worth; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the West Texas Rehabilitation Center, The First United
Methodist church or the Breckenridge Library, c/o Melton Funeral Home.
