Breckenridge Girl Killed In Mishap
TERRELL, Aug. 6.--(AP)--A collision between two automobiles three miles west of
Kaufman today took the life of Lillie Mize, 14, of Breckenridge, and placed 11
other persons in a hospital here with varying degrees of injury.
In an automobile with the Mize girl were her mother, Mrs. Mollie Mize, a widow
whose husband was killed last May in Palestine while employed by a bridge
construction company; her sisters, Catherine, 9; Helen, 8; Geneva, 3, and
Juanita, seven months, and a cousin, Bobbie Dorman, 10
The Mize family was enroute to Mount Alba while the Cook family was going to
Dallas, to attend the funeral of W. B. Mankin, a relitive.
