Funeral services for Eula Mae LeVier, a 79-year old Breckenridge resident, were
held on Friday, April 23, 1993, at 2 p.m., at First Baptist Church. Reverend
Cecil Harper, pastor officiated. Burial followed in Necessity Cemetery under the
direction of Morehart Mortuary.
Mrs. LeVier died Tuesday afternoon, April 20, at Lake Country Manor Nursing
Home.
She was born Eula Mae Bradshaw on May 1, 1913, in Necessity. She moved to Loving
at the age of seven. She attended schools in Loving and Graham and graduated
from Graham High School in 1932. She moved back to Breckenridge in 1932.
She married Kenneth Edward LeVier in Breckenridge on June 17, 1934. He preceded
her in death on August 22, 1983. She had worked at various businesses in
Breckenridge. She was a member of First Baptist Church and had been active in
the Martha Sunday School class and the LLL group. She was also a member of AARP.
Survivors include three daughters, Betty Gandy of Iowa Park, Linda Smith of
Forth Worth, and Krissie Piper of San Antonio; one son Phillip LeVier of Panama;
11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and one grandchild
