Mrs. Jack Lea Dies Saturday; Services Pending
                Mrs. Jack Lea, 24, resident of Breckenridge all her life, died at 10:45 a.m. Saturday in Hendricks Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient since Wednesday morning.
                Mrs. Lea gave birth to a baby girl at Stephens Memorial Hospital last Sunday morning, and was rushed to Abilene Wednesday suffering from pneumonia. She had been in the intensive care unit there since her arrival at the hospital.
                She grew up in Breckenridge, and graduated from Breckenridge High School in 1960. She was Dorsa Lee Slaughter before her marriage to Jack Lea August 23, 1963, in Breckenridge. They operated the Como Grill on East Walker Street.
                She was a member of Rose Avenue Baptist Church, and an officer in the VFW Auxiliary here.
                Funeral arrangements are pending at Satterwhite Funeral Home.
                Survivors include her baby daughter, Jackie Michael; her husband, Jack Lea; her father, Hiram Slaughter of Breckenridge; a half sister, Mrs. Jack Womble of Breckenridge; a half brother, H.B. Slaughter of Malvern, Arkansas; and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. F.B. Scott of Breckenridge. Her mother and a brother preceded her in death.
