THROCKMORTON – Ola Greenlee King, 81, died Sunday at an Abilene hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First United Methodist Church with
the Rev. Billy McCauley officiating. Burial will be in the Throckmorton
Cemetery, directed by Merriman Funeral Home.
Born in Stephens County, she moved to Throckmorton in 1928.
She was a retired bank Teller for the First National Bank of Throckmorton, a
member of the First United Methodist Church and the widow of Frank W. King.
Survivors include two daughters, Carolyn Lemmons of New Providence, N.J., and
Dorothy Kayser of Snyder; two brothers, Ray Greenley [sic] and Ross Greenley,
[sic] both of Breckenridge; a sister, Ann Schumann of Breckenridge; four
grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
