BRECKENRIDGE – Lillie Olene Hittson, 81, died Monday at her home.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church with the Rev.
Charles West officiating. Burial will be in the Breckenridge Cemetery, directed
by Morehart Mortuary.
Born in Santa Anna, she moved from Ranger to Breckenridge in 1934.
A graduate of Ranger High School, she was a homemaker and worked for Bodkin
Grocery Store and Edwards Jewelry, both in Breckenridge.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Byrel Hittson of Breckenridge; a son, Bill King
of San Antonio; a stepdaughter, Jacque Chavez of Oklahoma City; five brothers,
R.O. King of Houston, Robert King of Greenville, S.C., Herbert King of Dallas,
and Johnny King and B.H. King, both of Ranger; two grandsons; three
stepgrandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three step great-grandsons.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Stephens County
Heart Association.
