Funeral Service Is Held Tuesday For Mrs. Gray
 
                Mrs. James D. Gray, the former Ruby Fern Treadway of Breckenridge, died at 11:30 p.m. Saturday in Baylor Hospital in Dallas. A baby which was born to her Saturday died at 6 a.m. Sunday. The baby boy was named James Daniel Gray Jr., and will be buried in the arms of the mother.
                Mrs. Gray had been ill with leukemia for 17 days and had been transferred from a Waco hospital to Dallas on Thursday.
                Funeral service was held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the First Baptist Church with Rev. Byron Bryant, pastor, officiating, assisted by the Rev. Frank DuBose, pastor of Bethany Baptist Church. Burial was in the Breckenridge Cemetery under the direction of Melton Funeral Home.
                Mrs. Gray was born Aug 21, 1935 and was graduated from Breckenridge High School in 1953 as an honor graduate. She was a member of the Buckaroo Band for five years. For the past five years she had been employed by the Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. in Breckenridge and Waco.
                She was married on Sept. 10, 1955, in Livermore, Calif. The couple later moved to Waco where he was a staff sergeant at Connally Air Force Base.
                Survivors include her husband; parents, Mr. and Mrs. G.A. Treadway of Breckenridge; one sister, Mrs. Lewis Hood of Breckenridge; one brother, Wolford Treadway of Dallas; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Allie Young of Breckenridge; one niece, Kathy Hood of Breckenridge. Paternal grandparents of the baby are Mr. and Mrs. Don Gray.
                Pallbearers were T.A. Thom, Johnnie Sauls and K.M. George, all of Waco; Bill Bowles, of Dallas, and Bill Jackson and Tom Sawyer, both of Breckenridge. Honorary pallbearers were employees of The Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. in Breckenridge and Waco.
