THOMAS WILSON CHRISTESSON
Breckenridge: Funeral for THOMAS WILSON CHRISTESSON will be held at 2 p.m.
Saturday in Satterwhite Chapel with BURT GROVES, Walker St. Church of Christ
minister, officiating. The Stephens Count native, 65, died at 10:20 a.m.
Thursday in Stephens Memorial Hospital.
Burial
will be in Wayland Cemetery.
Mr. Christesson was born Oct. 10, 1899, in Stephens County, son of the late LISH
CHRISTESSON, who was oldest living resident of the county when he died. His
father lived here 83 years. He married ESSIE MAE GUNSOLUS in Sayre, Oklahoma
Sept. 30, 1930. Mr. Christesson was lake superintendent of Lake Daniels before
he retired in 1964. He was a member of the Church of Christ and the Elks Lodge.
Survivors are his wife; three sisters, Mrs. DELLA MIZE of Odeaa, Mrs. NETTIE
KILLION of Kermit, and Mrs. ROXIE GILBERT of the Wayland community; and two
brothers, JOHN CHRISTESSON of Lovington, New Mexico and CLEM CHRISTESSON of Edna
