A rosary for Mr. Anguiano, 65, is set for 7 this evening in the Myers and Smith Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service is set for 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The Rev. James Plagens will officiate, and burial will follow in Mt. Olive Memorial Park. Born May 6, 1935 in Coahoma, he married Elena Navarrete in Big Spring. A U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War, he was a lifetime resident of Big Spring, a barber and a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a Crucillista. Survivors include his wife, Elena Anguiano of Big Spring; a daughter, Leticia Anguiano of Big Spring; three sons, Carlos Anguiano of Weslaco, Felix and Martin Anguiano, both of Big Spring; his mother, Enedina Gonzalez of Big Spring; two other brothers, Felipe Anguiano and Jose Gonzales, both of Big Spring; a sister, Enedina Granado of Dallas; and four grandchildren.
