DIRECTIONS

Berryman Cemetery – Sabine County, Texas – From the courthouse in Hemphill go West on FM 83 (Worth Street) 11.5 miles to the intersection of FM 83 and US 96 in Pineland, Texas; turn Left (South) onto US 96 and go 5.0 miles to the intersection of FM 201 on the left.  Turn Left (East) on to FM 201 and go 2.5 miles to an intersection of a dim gravel road on the right.  Turn Right (South) onto the gravel road and go 0.2 miles to a large pipe gate across the road.  Continue (walk) on the dirt (no more gravel) road (electric utility line right-of-way) on private property beyond the locked gate for about 1250 feet to the intersection of a very dim woods road on the right.  Go right (West) 75 feet up a slight hill.  The cemetery is located on the left side of this dim woods road about 30 feet out in some very dense underbrush.  The cemetery has five (5) graves with markers within a small area enclosed with a chain link fence and is on “POSTED” private property.
