Texas - From the Sabine County Court House in Hemphill, Texas go
West on FM 83 (Worth Street) for 0.7 mile to a "Y" at
Edwards Street. Go
Straight or Right at this "Y" on Edwards Street and go 1.0
mile. The cemetery will
be in the woods on the Left. There
are only 2 marked graves and many indented graves in rows.
Mrs. Blanche Toole says the graves closest to Hemphill are
those of Mexican workers that once were marked with crosses, there
is one cross remaining. Additional
information added in parenthesis.
